Referral Questions
How and when do I get paid?
Your earnings are added to your Ankarex account balance as credits. You can use these credits to fund your own SMS campaigns or other services. Payouts are processed automatically at the end of each calendar month.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
No. There are absolutely no limits on the number of customers you can refer or the total amount of commission you can earn. The more your referrals recharge, the more you earn.
How are referrals tracked?
We use a cookie-based tracking system. When a user clicks your unique link, a cookie is stored in their browser for 90 days. If they sign up within that period, they become your referral for life, even if they close the browser and come back later.
Can I refer existing Ankarex customers?
No, the referral program is designed to bring new customers to the platform. The system only tracks and rewards referrals for users who have not previously registered an account with Ankarex.
